The WALL Ukraine operates in six strategic areas.
The first area is the Association. The WALL Ukraine unites the leading players in the construction market, related sectors of finance, public sector, government agencies, independent media, experts, etc. It organizes key industry events, such as the International BIM Forum, e-WALLutions strategic calendar events, Veritas discussion club meetings, strat sessions, and closed meetings of the Board of Directors. The WALL Ukraine is active in the legislative sphere, actively cooperating with the relevant government agencies. All residents of The WALL Ukraine and partner organizations are involved in this.
The key point of activity is an open partnership with EU BIM-TAS GROUP. It is the leading superstructure in Europe that regulates and develops BIM. It is important to emphasize that The WALL Ukraine is the only Ukrainian organization that has a partnership and, accordingly, recognition at the EU BIM-TAS GROUP level. Even government agencies do not have this status. We have received the support of the EU BIM-TAS GROUP in all major initiatives, and its leadership is regularly present offline at our major annual events.
But this is only one aspect of international partnership. The WALL Ukraine, together with its residents, participates in important industry events in Europe:

The WALL Ukraine also receives invitations to participate in grant programs for digitalization, construction, and reconstruction. We invite our residents, whose capabilities allow them to receive a grant, to participate. The WALL Ukraine has particularly close contacts with the following countries: Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Italy. These are relations at the level of state cooperation.
The hallmark of The WALL Ukraine is the International BIM Forum, which is held annually in spring and fall. This proves that The WALL Ukraine is one of the key non-profit organizations that promotes BIM in Ukraine. After all, the International BIM Forum is the main BIM event in the country, which brings together specialists from all over Ukraine, and is recognized and supported by influential European partners. It has been held since 2021.
Each Forum brings together about 300 key Ukrainian BIM professionals, 15-20 speakers, representatives of government agencies, international partners, etc. The event lasts all day with breaks for coffee breaks and lunch. At the end, all participants will have a gala dinner. The Forum is held in Unit.City as usual.
A separate area of the event is networking. This is also facilitated by the leaders and board members of The WALL Ukraine.
The calendar events of The WALL Ukraine - e-WALLutions are also effective and bright. They are held every two months/quarter. Up to 100 industry representatives take part in e-WALLution, the majority of whom are our residents. The program of the event includes up to 7 speakers, an open discussion on the current business and economic issues, networking, catering and dinner.
Strategic sessions of The WALL Ukraine's Board of Directors. Closed meetings of The WALL Ukraine's governing body are held quarterly. These are meetings of the Board of Directors where important decisions regarding the activities of the association are discussed, as well as the response to social and economic challenges, partnership with Ukrainian and international organizations, lawmaking, cooperation with government agencies, etc.
Throughout the year, the VERITAS Discussion Table is open to up to 10 of the most active members of The WALL Ukraine. They discuss urgent issues of the industry and make simple and effective decisions. The VERITAS Discussion Table meets monthly in the format of cheese & wine.
The development of residents' businesses and projects is one of the main tasks of The WALL Ukraine. Participation in the organization's ongoing projects always means new opportunities: ideas, contacts, investments, partnerships, and European integration. In addition, the management of The WALL Ukraine can directly promote the activities of residents by organizing direct negotiations with potential Ukrainian and foreign partners.
The WALL Ukraine helps residents find new markets, develop new products, engage in grant programs, and facilitate access to foreign markets. Residents can also find legal, communication, and investment consulting support.
In addition, The WALL Ukraine offers such a service as lobbying. Residents' interests are lobbied transparently and officially at various government and business levels. At the same time, The WALL Ukraine is engaged in troubleshooting, which solves specific situations in which residents find themselves. This case study includes dozens of successful projects.
A direction that has existed at The WALL Ukraine for three years. This is specialized BIM education. The uniqueness of the initiative is that The WALL Ukraine exclusively trains BIM managers who, after completing the training, can lead BIM projects of varying complexity. The courses are taught by representatives of official vendors in Ukraine, as well as BIM practitioners who have implemented powerful Ukrainian and international cases.
The courses are held in the format of lectures and open communication with speakers in one of Kyiv's central restaurants. The courses last several days depending on the program. Afterwards, the participants receive a certificate and receive consulting support for several months afterwards.
From a certain point of view, The WALL Ukraine brings together influential and wealthy people who are leaders and managers at various levels. These are individuals who have an established worldview and a clear scale of quality requirements. That's why all The WALL Ukraine events are held at a high level. From coffee made by the global brand Jura to high-quality catering by the Ink restaurant. All speakers are internationally renowned - successful businessmen or experts involved in global projects.
Separately, residents have a program of business trips to key European industry events, where they can find new opportunities for development and have a high-level vacation.
